Top Billing Magazine Cover March 2005

For the March issue, celebrity designer Errol Arendz was commissioned to rejuvenate the Top Billing hat using exquisite SWAROVSKI® CRYSTALS . SWAROVSKI® CRYSTALS Mesh had to be specially ordered from Swarovski Austria. Errol had to work around the clock to hand-set individual crystals onto his creation.
